Restoring oral function for full body health and wellness.

Myofunctional disorders can have an impact on many systems and functions of the entire body, and we can help to correct them.

In children, proper tongue posture and function can even influence the development of the face and body posture! In adults and children alike, functional disorders can affect posture, speech, sleep and breathing, digestion and can even contribute to muscle and fascia tightness and tension.

Myofunctional therapy is an exercise program targeting the muscles of the mouth and face to restore correct function and eliminate compensations that can cause pain and discomfort.

We also work closely with a team of airway and body work specialists to get you the appropriate referrals when necessary.

Meet Your Therapist

Hello! My name is Megan McMillin, and I have been a dental hygienist in a reputable family practice office for the past 10 years. I live in Omak, WA with my husband and three children.

I’ve always been passionate about wholistic health and sharing with my patients how their oral health impacts their overall health. I began training in Myofunctional Therapy after noticing myofunctional disorders in my own children and pursuing treatment for them. I love that this therapy works collaboratively with a team of other airway focused professionals to address the root cause of patient's issues.

I am passionate about treating myofunctional disorders in adults and children and helping people live better through better sleep for better health. For many people, myofunctional therapy and the journey to a healthy airway and healthy sleep, can be the missing piece of the puzzle in their overall health.
